About the team

The Aika Applied AI Research team acts as a bridge between the research organization and our customers. By working on real world use cases we learn what our technology is capable of today, and which research areas might be interesting to focus our research efforts in for the future.
We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to work directly with close partners and large enterprise customers to make them successful with Aika’s technology. You’ll help customers with solution design and implementation details.

In this role you will:

• Take our latest AI technology and integrate it into our partners’ solutions
• Partner with sales, product and engineering teams to design solutions for strategic partnerships
• Design and implement the API on partners’ internal infrastructure
• Serve as the technical consultant for customers during their integration
• Drive relationships with external technical audiences of all kinds — from an engineer to the CTO — to understand business objectives and translate requirements into solutions
• Work on solutions-oriented engineering and research problems
• Develop integration support material and documentation for new products and features
• Contribute to our enterprise strategy
